At theSnugglePrints, we handle every order with care — from AI generation to premium canvas printing to safe delivery at your doorstep. This policy outlines how we ship your order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Each poster is printed on-demand. Production timelines are:
- Order confirmation: instant (upon successful payment)
- Print & quality check: 2–4 business days
- Dispatch: typically within 4 business days of confirmation
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery times via our courier partners are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / North-East regions: 7–10 business days
Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 7–14 business days. Delays may occur during festivals, natural events, or for pincodes with limited courier coverage.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders placed within India. No hidden charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (and SMS, if phone provided) with the courier name and tracking number. If you haven't received dispatch details within 5 business days of placing your order, email us at contact@thesnuggleprints.com with your order reference number.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with leading domestic courier services (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others) through our print partner Qikink. The specific courier for your order is selected based on your pincode for the best delivery experience.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address entered at checkout. Once an order enters production, we cannot modify the address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient will be re-shipped at the customer's cost.
8. Damaged / Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or accept it only after photographing the damage. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to contact@thesnuggleprints.com along with photos. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for replacement/refund options.
