Data Deletion Instructions

When you message @thesnuggleprints on Instagram, our app receives your Instagram username and the content of your Direct Messages in order to respond to your enquiry. This page explains what data we hold and how you can request it to be deleted.

What data we store

We store the following data associated with your Instagram account when you send us a DM:

Your Instagram username and account ID
The text content of messages exchanged in your conversation with us
Any order-related details you share (e.g. pet name, shipping address) if you place an order

How to request deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your Instagram account, send an email to:

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include your Instagram username in the email body.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 14 days. Please note that if you have a pending or completed order, we are legally required to retain associated order and payment records for up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes. Message content not linked to an order will be deleted in full.

Automatic data expiry

Instagram message logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of the last message, after which they are automatically deleted from our systems, unless an active order is associated with the conversation.
